The family decided tear down their existing home and to go modular. They found Sterling Homes online and were impressed by our experience building both traditional and modular homes. This new 3,300 sq ft center entrance colonial boasts four bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, and expansive living space with high ceilings. The large kitchen and dining room are perfect to host holiday gatherings, and the den and living room offer a variety of spaces to relax – they are even connected by a see through fireplace! The kids love throwing their stuff in the mudroom (mom and dad like that too) and they have their own space on the third floor to gather with friends.

This mudroom is perfect for storing jackets, boots and the kids' sports equipment.

Beautiful stonework welcomes visitors into the entrance of the home.

Perfect space for cooking and entertaining.

The large kitchen has gorgeous white cabinets, granite counter tops and top-of-the-line stainless appliances.

This large dining room has a beachy yet elegant feel. Lots of room at this table to host a party or have a lively family dinner.

This quaint powder room has a classic look with wallpaper and oil rubbed bronze fixtures.

A see through fireplace connects the formal living room and the cozy den.

Large walk-in shower in the master bath has dual shower heads and a bench.
